Here at Sussex Fitness Project, we believe that there is no ‘one size fits all’, that’s why our 1-to-1 personal training takes a very personal approach.

Working with you, we focus on designing the best possible program, that not only works for your needs but also your mindset.

We don’t believe in getting you starting on the sessions until we can work out how to incorporate your training into your daily life and current circumstances. Working with you to create a sustainable habit of activity so as to build consistency in working towards your goals.
