About Us

We specialise in delivering  community health classes designed to support people at different stages of recovery.

Our sessions include Stroke Rehabilitation, Phase 4 Cardiac Rehabilitation, and Cancer Rehabilitation, all delivered by qualified professionals who understand the physical and emotional challenges that

come with recovery.

 

Each class is carefully adapted to individual abilities, helping participants rebuild confidence, improve strength and mobility, and feel supported in a safe, welcoming environment.

Meet your trainer

Martin Haney

 

Martin has been working in the health and fitness industry for 14+ years and has gained lots of experience in different specialities along the way. In addition to personal training he currently delivers Phase 4 Cardiac Rehab and multi-disciplinary sessions sessions across Brighton and Hove. Previously he has worked as the lead instructor with Take Heart and within the Stroke Association where he set up and delivered 12 week exercise and education programs as well as providing additional social support day in and day out for stroke survivors.
