We offer a range of personal/group training and specialist exercise groups.

We have a passion for helping people achieve their individual goals - whether it be working towards walking around the block, running a first marathon or building muscle.

We will work with you to design the best possible programme that not only focuses on your physical needs but also your mindset. Throughout the sessions we can work out how to incorporate your training into your daily life to create a sustainable habit of activity and consistency in working towards your goals.

Whatever your goal is, our friendly and approachable trainers will be with you every step of the way helping to build confidence and incorporate new habits into your life.

Our Personal
Training Studio

Our personal training sessions, take place in from SFP's training studio. The space is located off of North Road in Portslade. On-street parking is available. 


Sussex Fitness Project is run by Martin.


Martin has been working in the health and fitness industry for 14+ years and has gained lots of experience in different specialities along the way. In addition to personal training he currently delivers Phase 4 Cardiac Rehab and multi-disciplinary sessions sessions across Brighton and Hove. Previously he has worked as the lead instructor with Take Heart and within the Stroke Association where he set up and delivered 12 week exercise and education programs as well as providing additional social support day in and day out for stroke survivors.
