We offer a wide range of 1 to 1 personal training, group sessions and specialist exercise groups, both indoors and outdoor.

We have a passion for helping people achieve their individual goals. It may be working towards walking around the block, running a first marathon or building muscle.

Whatever the goal, our friendly and approachable trainers will be with you every step of the way helping to build confidence and incorporate new habits into your life.

Sussex Fitness Project is run by Martin and his assistant Poppy.

Martin has been working in the health and fitness industry for 12+ years and has gained lots of experience in many different fields along the way. He is determined to help you achieve your goals and believes that no one size fits all, so he will take the time to understand your needs and lifestyle and work hard to help you achieve your goals.
